With over 15 years’ experience in the carnival industry, Michelle Cole along with designer Trevor Rose launched their costume line “Facts n Roses” in 2006 in Guyana. Facts n Roses was known as the #1 Band on the road on “Mashramani”. This festive celebration serves as a reminder of Guyana’s Republic. As masqueraders flood the streets parading from Church Street to the end into the national park, the crowd is mesmerized by the brightly colored feathered costumes. Upon migrating to he United States Michelle’s love for Carnival did not end there. She then launched Colefacts Carnival in 2014 as a featured designer during the Labor Day Parade for the prestigious Carnival Band Sesame Flyers.
